Human
In the context of Vilous, the word "Human" is the way of calling existence which can be recognized as a sentient race. Basically, it refers to the three Eltus races composed of Sergals, Agudners, and Nevreans. Due to this, civil rights which are granted to sentient races are referred to as "human rights".
As for Eltus race, once they held a form that was almost similar to that of Earth's humans, but that shape was lost, in a very ancient time.
Evaluation toward Talyxian-Stalkers from Eltus people's view, it usually begins as the existence which is middle of human and animal. Their high intelligence qualifies them as a sentient race, however, they are treated as lower beings by the Eltus people, as pets or animals. They are not considered to be a 'human' as long as they spend their time as an animal. In Gold_Ring city after year 70 of the Rain-calendar, if they want to be cultured and manage to mimic Eltus people lifestyle to a degree, they will be treated as humans. But they still need to pass through procedures at the Government offices if they want to obtain a legal 'human rights'.
