Mabu has regained enough strength and is able to walk on his own again. He takes a moment to appreciate Ogi’s efforts and then gets off of his back. Despite having a near-death experience, he seems to have not given up at all on his dream of one day entering the arena as a food show contestant! He also plays off his woeful experience with a joke which promptly makes everyone laugh joyfully.

Afterwards, Mabu and Ogi along with Elica and Bakku part ways at the stairs where the torii (a traditional Japanese term for a gateway most commonly found at the entrance of a shrine) is located. On their way home, Bakku and Elica agree that they are still a bit shaken by the day’s events.
